Clear, fair rules for enrolments, schedule changes, credits, and refunds across the coaching programs and services offered by ACE – Academy for Cricket Excellence, under Sri Lakshminarasimha Sports Academy
Effective date: 25 Nov 2025This policy applies to coaching programs, training sessions, assessments, clinics, bootcamps, and other services offered by ACE – Academy for Cricket Excellence (“ACE”, “we”, “us”), operated by Sri Lakshminarasimha Sports Academy. Training batches are planned in advance with fixed capacity, coach allocation, and ground bookings. Once a seat is blocked for a player, it cannot be easily replaced mid-term. Therefore, all fees paid are treated as final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable, except in the narrow case of verified duplicate payments or payment gateway errors.

In certain situations (coach illness, safety concerns, facility maintenance, tournament commitments, or similar), ACE may change session timings, club days, or temporarily pause a batch. In such cases, we will:

In such cases, once verified in our records and with the payment gateway/bank, ACE will process a refund of the excess amount back to the original source of payment.
Once a duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If a chargeback/dispute is raised directly with the bank or card issuer without first contacting ACE, your access to sessions may be paused while the matter is investigated. We will provide our records to the payment gateway/bank and request that disputes be handled fairly as per this policy.
Events beyond reasonable control (extreme weather, natural disasters, public authority orders, epidemics, etc.) may disrupt or delay sessions. In such cases, ACE will prioritise rescheduling or adjusting calendars. No refunds or cancellations will be provided due to force majeure events.
Sri Lakshminarasimha Sports Academy may revise this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be updated on this page.
