Clear, fair rules for enrolments, schedule changes, credits, and refunds across the coaching programs and services offered by ACE – Academy for Cricket Excellence, under Sri Lakshminarasimha Sports Academy

1) Overview

This policy applies to coaching programs, training sessions, assessments, clinics, bootcamps, and other services offered by ACE – Academy for Cricket Excellence (“ACE”, “we”, “us”), operated by Sri Lakshminarasimha Sports Academy. Training batches are planned in advance with fixed capacity, coach allocation, and ground bookings. Once a seat is blocked for a player, it cannot be easily replaced mid-term. Therefore, all fees paid are treated as final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable, except in the narrow case of verified duplicate payments or payment gateway errors.

2) Key principles
  • No refunds and no cancellations are allowed in any circumstances once payment is successfully completed, except for verified duplicate payments/technical errors.
  • Seats are limited and batch-wise; a confirmed enrolment blocks a slot, so we can only support rescheduling within the same program/term where operationally possible.
  • Third-party payment gateway charges, convenience fees, and taxes are generally non-refundable once charged.
3) Quick reference

Withdrawal mid-term or change of mind Remaining sessions are forfeited; no refunds, credits, or transfers to another player/program.
Administrative / mistaken duplicate payment or clear technical error Reviewed by ACE; if verified, refund is credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
4) Cancellations & rescheduling (participants)
  • ACE does not accept cancellations once payment is made. All confirmed enrolments are final.
  • If you are unable to attend a particular session, inform us as early as possible; where feasible, we will try to offer a rescheduled slot within the same term/program.
  • All rescheduling is subject to batch capacity, coach availability, and ground slots, and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Support for rescheduling does not convert into any right to a refund, partial refund, or credit.
5) ACE-initiated changes

In certain situations (coach illness, safety concerns, facility maintenance, tournament commitments, or similar), ACE may change session timings, club days, or temporarily pause a batch. In such cases, we will:

  • Inform you through the contact details provided at enrolment (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS/email/call).
  • Provide a rescheduled session or adjust the calendar to ensure the planned training volume is maintained as far as operationally possible.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be offered due to such operational changes.
6) Refund eligibility (duplicate payments only)

Except for verified duplicate or erroneous payments, there are no refunds in any circumstances. The only case where a refund may be processed is:

  • Duplicate payment for the same player, same program, and same period due to gateway/banking error.
  • Clearly identifiable technical failure where the amount has been debited twice or more for a single transaction.

In such cases, once verified in our records and with the payment gateway/bank, ACE will process a refund of the excess amount back to the original source of payment.

7) How to report a payment issue or duplicate charge
  1. Email or WhatsApp us with the player’s full name, program, batch (if applicable), date of payment, and mobile number.
  2. Share proof of payment for each transaction (screenshot/UTR/reference number) clearly showing duplicate debit.
  3. Our team will verify the entries with the payment gateway and our records.

Once a duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8) Processing timelines for approved refunds
  • Verified duplicate payments are typically credited within 3–5 business days from confirmation.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/card issuer and is outside ACE’s control.
9) Chargebacks

If a chargeback/dispute is raised directly with the bank or card issuer without first contacting ACE, your access to sessions may be paused while the matter is investigated. We will provide our records to the payment gateway/bank and request that disputes be handled fairly as per this policy.

10) Force majeure

Events beyond reasonable control (extreme weather, natural disasters, public authority orders, epidemics, etc.) may disrupt or delay sessions. In such cases, ACE will prioritise rescheduling or adjusting calendars. No refunds or cancellations will be provided due to force majeure events.

11) Updates to this policy

Sri Lakshminarasimha Sports Academy may revise this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be updated on this page.
