By accessing our website or enrolling in any ACE program, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must accept on your behalf.

ACE offers multiple services including—but not limited to—regular coaching programs (beginner to advanced), skill assessments, one-to-one sessions, holiday camps, strength & conditioning, and performance clinics. Specific details (curriculum, duration, fees) are described on the relevant pages or enrolment forms.

• Age and skill prerequisites may apply depending on the program level.
• Accurate personal and contact information is required for enrolment and safety.
• For minors, parent/guardian consent is mandatory; ID/age proof may be requested.

• Program fees, taxes, and payment schedules are communicated before enrolment.
• Invoices/receipts are provided by ACE or our payment gateway.
• Late or failed payments may pause services until dues are cleared.

ACE aims to maintain schedules as published, but adjustments may occur for safety, logistics, facility availability, or coach illness. The quick reference below applies unless a specific program policy states otherwise:

• Arrive on time and check in with the assigned coach/coordinator.
• Make-up classes are subject to batch capacity and coach availability.
• Public holidays or extreme weather may result in adjusted calendars.

• Maintain discipline, respect officials, coaches, staff, and peers.
• No harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind.
• Follow facility rules, equipment guidelines, and safety instructions.
• ACE may suspend/terminate participation for serious or repeated violations.

• Participants must be medically fit to train; disclose conditions/injuries in advance.
• Bring necessary medication (e.g., inhalers) and inform the coach of critical needs.
• In an emergency, ACE may coordinate first aid and contact guardians/emergency services.

• Use facilities and gear responsibly; report damage immediately.
• Bring your own kit unless the program specifies otherwise.
• ACE is not responsible for loss/theft/damage of personal belongings.

• Training photos/videos may be captured for performance review, academy updates, and publicity.
• You/your guardian grant ACE the right to use such media without additional compensation.
• To request a non-publicity opt-out (where feasible), write to us before the program starts.

All ACE branding, training content, materials, and media are protected intellectual property. Do not reuse or distribute without written permission.

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to receive essential service communications (schedules, changes, safety notices). You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Payments, messaging, analytics, and maps may be provided by external vendors. Their terms and privacy practices apply in addition to ours.

• Sports training carries inherent risks. ACE implements reasonable safeguards but cannot eliminate all risks.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You/your guardian agree to indemnify and hold ACE harmless from claims arising from breach of these Terms or negligent conduct.

ACE may update programs, schedules, fees, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use/participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage amicable resolution first—contact us using the details below.
